Ambition & Strategy
As a volume player CED now wants to use the competences developed in the Netherlands in European markets other than Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.
Through internationalisation, innovation and professional development, by 2015, CED wants to become a leading player in claims management in the European market.
CED wants to work towards this internationalisation by making specific acquisitions in a number of European markets, in order to subsequently increase the ‘operational excellence’ with process innovations and IT tools.
For this strategy to succeed, it is very important that CED continues to innovate in its home markets. By developing strong service concepts, CED is able to offer its customers – primarily insurers and authorized representatives - unique, integrated services in the field of loss adjustment and claims management.
In addition, our ambition requires a greater geographical spread and further professional development of the organisation.
