Vision

As a market leader in the Benelux and Spain in the field of loss adjustment and claims management, CED has developed a vision of the future. Insurers in Europe have contracted out only a (small) part of the loss adjustment and claims management activities to specialists. At the same time those same insurers attach an increasingly greater importance to cost control and customer satisfaction. Eventually it will be impossible for an individual insurer to achieve better results on these aspects than a specialist such as CED. After all, no individual insurer reaches the volume of a specialist and specialists are completely focussed on these activities.

Through the large volume and specific investments of specialists such as CED, efficiency and customer satisfaction can reach a much higher level. Thanks to CED the Dutch market of loss adjustment and claims management activities distinguishes itself within Europe by a high degree of ‘operational excellence’. The Netherlands is leading in the field of efficiency and quality standards in Europe.

Mission

CED coordinates all aspects of the claims ‘chain’ in the field of loss adjustment and integral claims handling for risk bearers at a European level.

CED therefore wants to make its service accessible to as many European insurers and other captives as possible.
