Claims Insight® makes it possible to provide clients with online access to their claim files 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This gives you direct control and makes our claims handling transparent. The system offers users an up-to-the-minute insight into their international files, the status of these files, but also the total number of open file. Just one glance is all it takes to find out which reserves have been made for which file. Claims Insight® also makes it possible to produce overviews per country, per product or for an entire portfolio.
