New conference location for CED conference 2013, Warsaw

Due to the high number of participants we have decided to change our conference location. Only a 10 minutes’ walk from the Westin hotel the new location of the CED conference is now the Marriott hotel. The large interest shows how particularly topical this subject is.

Last week CED announced the new structure of its Dutch operation. As of 1 July 2013, CED in The Netherlands will consist of three business units: EMN Expertise, CED Expertise and Customer Contact & Claims Management. EMN Expertise will be more specifically positioned as a specialist unit.
