CED Netherlands consists of three business units: CED Expertise, EMN Expertise and Customer Contact and Claims management. This structure offers our customers an optimum claims service, personal and specific where necessary, automated and uniform where possible.
Activities range from international claim handling, inspection, investigation, evaluation, expert medical and labour advice and settlement in kind, to our original core service - loss adjustment. The CED Expertise business unit handles high-volume assignments by means of a largely standardised procedure. Thanks to innovative systems and a focus on cost control and process optimisation, CED Expertise delivers guaranteed quality at an attractive rate. The services of Automotive and BrandVaria (property & liability) fall under the CED Expertise business unit.
Larger or more complex claims enjoy the full attention of EMN Expertise. Collaboration, tailor-made solutions, smart combinations of specialist knowledge and personal contact are the keys to this unit's success in claims handling. Three sub-brands fall under EMN Expertise: EMN Brand, Marine & Varia (high end property & liability, EMN Forensic and EMN Mens (personal injury). EMN Brand, Marine & Varia includes fire, liability, building construction and marine services. EMN Mens assists clients in the areas of personal injury claims, medical advice and labour advice and mediation. EMN Forensic provides clients with investigation services into claims and other incidents.
Two organisations operate under their own names, HDS Taxaties and MultiHerstel. The Head Office of CED is located in Capelle aan den IJssel. CED has offices in 14 European countries.
